And fix `opam switch import opam.export` in an existing OPAM environment. We're getting ``` [ERROR]: The current opam switch is not a superset of the opam.export file: Could not find package base-bigarray.base in current switch Current switch should probably be updated using 'opam switch import opam.export'. ``` before this patch
